The First Group Asset Management’s delegates at HSMAI Breakfast

The First Group Asset Management representatives attended The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI)’s breakfast session on 22nd March 2017 at Raffles Hotel, conducted by Riforma Consulting. The main purpose was to integrate an element of fun to encourage team building effectively.

The session introduced participants to the Lego Serious Play method where participants were asked to build individual models using Lego to represent their answers to a series of predesigned questions. In the end, all individual Lego models were combined to tell a story and communicate a vision that team members shared. The session was short but left a positive impact, by helping to reflect and recognize each individual’s contribution to the whole team.

Overall, it was a great morning session to boost our energy for the rest of the week!
