Under the guidance of TFG Director of Global F&B – Duncan Fraser-Smith, Wyndham Dubai Marina’s F&B will be experiencing a change in its dining concepts in 2017.
“The aim of this change in design and food is to target the correct audience and re-position Wyndham Dubai Marina as a trendy, happening hotel where the F&B will attract both internal guests and the local community.” – commented Fraser-Smith upon the decision to change the concepts at Wyndham Dubai Marina’s F&B.
The current steakhouse restaurant will be changed into a smokehouse –a concept that Dubai is currently lacking. The design will replicate an innovative blacksmith. An in-house, tailored smoker will be made for the restaurant for live grill meat. Seating will be designed and divided into casual booths while the open bar will be kept the same. This new concept and creative design will promise an upbeat environment, allowing guests to taste and enjoy good food and drinks.
The new image for the all-day dining is a Mediterranean/ Italian restaurant which offers a regular breakfast buffet but lunch and dinner will be a la carte based. The design is refreshing, employing the colours of olives – light green, and white. Small plants will be used to decorate the space which will be furnished with wooden tables. The incorporation of nature will give an appealing, calm and relaxing ambiance for all diners.
TFG Asset Management is excited to launch these new concepts within Wyndham Dubai Marina. The innovative ideas have been validated by solid feasibility studies and will certainly help to position the hotel as one of the most vibrant, and trendy properties in the Dubai Marina precinct.
