Under the guidance of Duncan Fraser-Smith, TFG’s Global Food & Beverage (F&B) Director, all F&B outlets located in TFG properties are being evaluated with a view to transforming these assets into standalone businesses and enhancing their appeal to local diners.
Wyndham Dubai Marina has renovated its three main F&B concepts to meet this objective. Alloro opened last year, offering its customers authentic Italian/ Mediterranean food in an appealing, calm and relaxing environment. Earlier this year, Dubai’s first smokehouse, Blacksmith, opened in the hotel under the guidance of pit-master Orelle Young.
The final step in Wyndham’s F&B transformation is the opening of Hello Café. Located adjacent to the hotel lobby, the outlet offers guests a unique and authentic concept that takes them on a “journey of coffee”.
With all three new outlets open and operational, the hotel now offers guests and local residents alike a wide range of unique dining experiences. At TFG Asset Management we are extremely satisfied with the overall transformation of the F&B outlets at Wyndham Dubai Marina and we look forward to their overseeing their future success.
