Just five months since opening, the prestigious Dubai Sports City apartments for rent boast an occupancy rate of 92%

TFG Asset Management’s newest apartment complex, The Matrix, is well on track to achieving maximum capacity, with the Dubai Sports City (DSC)-based property reporting a 92% occupancy rate just five months since its opening last November.

The fully furnished and innovative 34-storey tower is recognized as DSC’s most prestigious property, having quickly earned an enviable reputation in the marketplace for its unrivalled accommodation and service standards.

Deirdre McCarthy-Betzold, Head of Business Development & Operations at TFG Asset Management, paid tribute to the efforts of The Matrix’s management team for quickly realizing the property’s potential in the marketplace.

“We are proud but not at all surprised,” she said. “The team has worked diligently since The Matrix’s opening to maximize the property’s online and offline potential. In addition to establishing The Matrix Leasing website, the property features prominently on key rental portals, including Dubizzle, Justrentals and Property Finders. In regards to manpower, we have hired four highly experienced brokers to work in partnership with our brokers, which has helped to expand the rental audience.”

At TFG Asset Management, business does not stop after the contracts have been raised. In order to consolidate The Matrix’s premium reputation, TFG Property Management LLC has been assigned to manage units at the property. The company’s responsibilities cover the full spectrum of property management, including the provision of snagging and defect inspections and services; MEP commissioning; appointing an Owner’s Association, Facilities Management firm, and Energy Saving Management specialist; and ensuring all units and their contents are maintained to the highest possible standards.

“The Matrix is rapidly becoming one of the most successful properties in our growing portfolio,” said McCarthy-Bertzold. “We expect to maintain an occupancy rate exceeding 92% in the coming years.”
