TFG Asset Management is pleased to announce the opening of The Blacksmith at Wyndham Dubai Marina, which marks the second F&B outlet opening at the hotel this year after Alloro.
Both restaurants represent the realisation of our strategy to refocus the hotel’s F&B assets to make them more desirable to our target audience. The objective is to make the hotel’s F&B outlets an experience in themselves, broadening their appeal to hotel guests and residents of Dubai alike.
The Blacksmith is the first authentic smokehouse venue in the Marina district and features a custom-made smoker with three separate smoking chambers. To ensure the authenticity of the product Chef Orelle Young has been assigned as the pit master. Manhattan born, Orelle made his name working at BBQ institutions Hill County NYC and Big Easy in London. He has more than 10 years’ experience as a pit master and brings an authentic touch that will guarantee The Blacksmith’s success.
The outlet features a terraced dining area, casual booths and an open bar with a creative and original design reflecting the blacksmith theme. The Smokehouse is open now for lunch and dinner.
The last step in Wyndham Dubai Marina’s F&B evolution will be the opening of Hello Café next year. At TFG Asset Management we are proud to have played a part in the transformation of the hotel’s F&B offerings.
