TFG Asset Management (TFGAM) was honoured to take part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of TRYP by Wyndham – the new hotel in Barsha Heights on 10th September.
The four-star hotel consolidates our partnership with Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel management firm. Once again, Wyndham placed its trust in TFG Asset Management to introduce a new brand to the city and operate the first TRYP in Dubai.
TRYP by Wyndham is located in the vibrant Barsha Heights district and is the largest hotel in the precinct. Featuring a Mediterranean bistro, tapas bar, a retro cocktail club and an integrated communal working area, known as NEST, the hotel is set to prove a popular destination for locals and visitors to Dubai.
The TFG Asset Management team was involved in the pre-opening stages, evaluating the hotel and its facilities including F&B outlets to ensure a successful opening and strong market launch.
Commenting on the opening, Ava Chunjang, Hotel Asset Manager at TFGAM, said: “After the successful launch of Wyndham Dubai Marina, we are excited to manage what we believe is one of the very best TRYP hotels anywhere in the world.”
“The hotel introduces a number of innovations to Dubai, including the NEST urban co-working space, and exclusive BarBary Bar, which is set to become one of the city’s most popular nightspot venues.”
In addition to Wyndham Dubai Marina and TRYP by Wyndham, TFGAM will be involved with the opening and management of three more properties under the Wyndham brand in the coming years. Wyndham West Bay hotel will open its doors in 2018 and will be followed by the openings of Ramada at Dubai Business Bay and Ramada Plaza at Jumeirah Village Circle.
