Despite the summer slowdown, July has been another eventful month for TFG Asset Management. We are proud to announce that our new lifestyle hotel managed by Wyndham Hotel Group, TRYP By Wyndham, welcomed its first guests on August 20th 2017.
TRYP guests will be able to unwind in the comfort of their rooms that cater to corporate travelers, fitness enthusiasts and families alike, across five room categories.
During the soft opening phase, the ground floor is open to all guests and includes the contemporary, spacious reception area along with Local, the rustic social eating house. The relaxed Mediterranean inspired Bistro style makes Local a great place to get together and enjoy a European breakfast (with a hint of southern inspiration), our gastro –pub influenced menu or just a simple salad and sarnie.
The other two F&B concepts, LiQD and BarBary, are anticipated to open soon. Ibiza meets Coachella at L!QD tapas bar, an energised space where tapas and cocktails and served with a side order of R’n’R. BARBARY is equal parts cocktail bar, retro club and delicatessen. The room is a decorous blend of clandestine bar naughtiness with an illicit parlor feel.
One of the world’s first fully integrated coworking spaces within a hotel, NEST is an innovative concept that pairs office and hospitality to enhance the workplace experience. NEST offers eclectic meeting rooms, unlimited coffee, business center services and quality networking opportunities.
Located in Barsha Heights, this stylish and urban hotel carries an upbeat, social atmosphere. TFG Asset Management is proud of the results that have been achieved, with a special thanks to the professional management team and the continuous efforts from the hotel staff.
