NEST, one of the world’s first co-working spaces to be fully integrated within an internationally branded hotel, is a space dedicated to people who seek community and a collaborative environment. This co-working Dubai hub welcomes all users to work, connect and learn in an urban open space, aiming to cultivate a unique experience by fusing hospitality and service to create a supportive ecosystem for guests.
In the project development process at TFGAM, we evaluate all possible avenues for revenue optimization within the area schedule and ensure to maximize yield through innovative investments. The growth of start–ups and millennials as a key demographic has coincided with a sharp rise in the need for co-working spaces. Deskmag’s “Global Coworking Survey” estimates there will be 1.2 million co-working space members worldwide by the end of 2017, marking an increase of over 40% from last year.
This supported the development of our concept which originated from the need to create a space for the local community to meet and collaborate. Curated programming, events and workshops will foster relationships between like-minded people. NEST, which will open at Tryp by Wyndham Barsha Heights in Dubai, is a homegrown concept that forges a signature blend of workspace and hospitality. This space is home to a broad spectrum of users, including corporates, mobile professionals, entrepreneurs, SMEs and leisure travelers.
At NEST, members and guests benefit from accessing the hotel’s F&B, meeting rooms, health clubs, rooms and quality services through their membership. In turn, guests can network with the local community and have access to a curated program of events to enhance their overall experience.
TFG Asset Management is excited to launch this new concept located at TRYP by Wyndham in Barsha Heights. NEST is expected to bring a new sense of community and eventually become one of the city’s most vibrant spots.
