TFG’s F&B division to launch the world’s first ‘MasterChef The TV Experience’ restaurant concept at The One Dubai Marina

The First Group’s new F&B division is gearing up to launch the world’s first ‘MasterChef The TV Experience’ restaurant concept at its upcoming property, The One Dubai Marina.

Spearheaded by TFG’s Director of Global Food & Beverage, Duncan Fraser-Smith, the unique dining experience will bring the highly-successful MasterChef reality television series to life in a never-seen-before restaurant format.

The TV show has been broadcast in more than 200 countries and watched globally by 250 million viewers to date and TFG is working in partnership with Endemol Shine Group, the producer and owner of the MasterChef brand, to ensure the outlet at The One Dubai Marina showcases its true identity and ideals.

Fraser-Smith said ‘MasterChef The TV Experience’ would be a “remarkable addition to Dubai’s food scene” and “a major coup for the city” given the global popularity of the TV series.

“We’re incredibly excited to introduce this unique restaurant concept to Dubai,” he continued. “It is an extension of an iconic brand that will further enhance the city’s reputation as a global dining destination.”

It will also put The One Dubai Marina on the global map when it opens later this year, he added.

One of TFG’s most exciting properties to date, the property is ideally positioned in the heart of Dubai’s vibrant marina district and a short walk from the local metro station.

TFG Asset Management is managing the property and its operations, while TFG’s F&B division will oversee the launch and management of ‘MasterChef The TV Experience’ and all other F&B-related activities at the hotel.

Since the appointment of Fraser-Smith last year, TFG’s F&B division has introduced a range of cutting-edge concepts to Dubai’s dining scene.

New innovative outlets including Barbary at TRYP by Wyndham and Blacksmith at Wyndham Dubai Marina are already proving very popular with guests.

The launch of ‘MasterChef The TV Experience’ demonstrates TFG’s vision to become a leader in Dubai’s F&B sector and TFG Asset Management is proud to play a role in realising this ambition.
