SOLO Business Centre has marked the beginning of its second year of operation by announcing its occupancy rate has reached 100 percent.
The centre, which caters to entrepreneurs and small business operators, is located in The First Group’s iconic The Bridge development in Dubai Sports City. The facility is managed by the Regus Group, which is the world’s largest business centre operator with around 2,300 offices across some 120 countries.
Following numerous requests from clients keen to sign long-term leases, TFG Asset Management has taken the decision to refurbish some of the facility’s existing meeting rooms, transforming them into nine new offices. With high pre-lease interest, the Dubai Sports City business centre is certain to once again achieve maximum capacity once these offices are released to the market.
“Signing a management contract with Regus Group was a strategic move,” said Mariano Faz, Head of TFG Asset Management. “The company has already exceeded its set target in regards to the occupancy rate.”
“We look forward to developing a strong and lasting partnership with Regus, and hopefully, finding more opportunities to collaborate in the future.”
