TFG Asset Management is poised to introduce an innovative Virtual Office concept at SOLO Business Center Dubai in a move that drives revenue at minimal cost.
The new product is being developed in partnership with the Regus Group after TFG Asset Management signed a management contract with the international office space provider to improve SOLO Business Center’s market exposure.
Regus is known for its ability to maximise office space revenues, adopting profit-driven business models that Head of TFG Asset Management, Mariano Faz, said were proven to deliver “staggering rental income”.
“The Regus Virtual Offices concept is a good example, designed to generate surplus revenue without incurring extra expenses,” he said.
The solution of establishing virtual office in Dubai provides companies or individuals with a business address, a local phone number, well trained receptionists who handle calls and mail, plus office use when required, but without the ‘tenant’s’ long-term commitment to a physical office space.
It means one office unit can be rented to many companies who wish to register their businesses in Dubai Sports City but do not want to sign long-term office space rental agreements.
At the same time, that unit can be occupied companies wishing to set up a permanent physical office in Dubai Sports City, as part of a long-term contract.
“The benefits of this virtual solution are clear – minimal investment in facilities and effective space utilisation,” said Faz.
“Virtual Offices is a growing new trend and a concept that promises to attract many SMEs and startups looking to establish a presence in Dubai Sports City.”
The SOLO Business Center will be offering the following packages:
1) Telephone answering: TFG Asset Management will set up a local telephone number and company voicemail with 24-hour access, a private audio and web-conferencing account, and appoint a well-trained receptionist to answer calls using the company’s name.
2) Business address: A company’s official business address will be established at SOLO Business Center, Dubai Sports City. Mail and packages will be received and signed for. Receptionists will greet clients and visitors.
3) Virtual Office: All options outlined above.
4) Virtual Office Plus 5 days: All options outlined above plus complementary five-day office and Internet usage.
