As a professional asset manager, controlling daily operational expenses should not be the only tactic adopted to improve bottom-line yields. At TFG Property Asset Management (a division of TFG Asset Management), the team has made tremendous efforts to improve the overall quality and services for all 17 of our residential buildings under management. We are constantly working to enhance top-line results, while improving living standards for our tenants.
Following these principles, we have introduced the ZenBoxed Locker Concept in the gym and pool areas of our properties. The initiative allows residents to place items in these lockers and request a range of locker services including dry cleaning, shoe therapy and clothing alterations. Residents secure the locker by entering a pin code of their choice before sending their orders to ZenBoxed via the company’s website, mobile app or SMS. The Zenboxed team processes their request and sends an invoice by email, which can be paid by credit card online or via the app. When the orders are ready they are sent back to the locker. The Zenboxed team then notifies the customer of this via SMS.
