The First Group Asset Management is proud to announce that the First Central Hotel Suites has been awarded another industry certificate – HolidayCheck award. German booking portal HolidayCheck has commended the excellent facilities and service provided by the hotel during the month of April.
HolidayCheck is the largest German hotel rating portal in the world with over 650,000 hotels in their database. They have over 7 million written reviews on their portal and around 22.5 million monthly visits. They work with over 100 travel agencies and aim to become the leading independent booking portal for hotel reviews worldwide.
HolidayCheck recommended First Central Hotel Suites to their users after it was rated 4.7 out of 6 for their performance, one of the highest accomplishments in a very competitive market like Barsha Heights. Since then, First Central Hotel Suites has been able to improve on that performance and it now stands at a rating of 5 out of 6. The rating is based on six aspects which are F&B facilities, location, service, fitness facilities, room facilities and the overall hotel experience.
The award shows the determination of the hotel staff and management to provide a high quality of service. It also shows the strategic choices made by the hotel to attract a more international crowd to the property as we see a German-based online booking portal reward their work.
“We are incredibly happy to see one of our properties being recognized worldwide and continue its efforts to become a leader in the market” commented Mariano Faz, Head of TFG Asset Management.
