Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments wins three prestigious international hotel awards

One of TFG Asset Management’s premier Tecom hotel-apartments, Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments, has received three prestigious international hotel awards in the space of a month in recognition of the property’s outstanding performance.

Leading the accolades was a Certificate of Excellence awarded for the second year running by the world’s biggest travel review site, TripAdvisor. 

TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence is reserved for properties that demonstrate hospitality excellence, and represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the world’s largest travel site.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, a hospitality business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five; receive a minimum number of reviews; and have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

“We are delighted to have been awarded TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for the second year in a row,” said Mamatha Veeramalla, Hospitality Asset Manager at TFG Asset Management. “This accolade is evidence that our efforts to provide the highest levels of service to our guests are paying dividends.” The second award, based on customer feedback, came from Booking.com – one of the world’s most respected online booking agents – recognising the property with an Award of Excellence for 2014.

The Award of Excellence is given to hotel properties that have received the highest guest ratings on Booking.com. To qualify, hotel partners must receive an average review score of more than 8 with a minimum of 10 reviews recorded. Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments achieved a score of 8.3 out of 10, earning an overall rating of ‘Excellent’ based on more than 1,000 guest reviews.

Topping off the month was news that Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments had earned an official recommendation from Germany’s largest online booking portal, Holidaycheck, after receiving an average guest rating of 5.2 out of 6.
