Recognizing that proper F&B management is a key revenue stream for hotels, TFG has established a new department focused solely on developing and driving F&B. The department will work hand in hand with TFG Asset Management in designing concepts, conducting feasibility studies and producing forecasts to ensure each F&B outlet will generate the highest potential footfall and revenue.
Head of TFG’s F&B Department, Duncan Fraser-Smith has extensive experience in the market with a track record spanning ten years in the region. He spent twenty-four years in the hospitality industry across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East in senior management roles. Duncan has developed and operated cutting edge high street and hotel based outlets, ranging from deconstructed bars, cafes and lifestyle outlets through to traditional steakhouses and contemporary fine dining. During his first position in the Middle East, Duncan spent three years in Doha, Qatar, developing the hospitality operations for Qatar Sports City and the Katara Cultural Village. This contributed to winning the bid for the 2022 World Cup.
