Head of TFG Asset Management Mariano Faz has been invited to speak at the exclusive Gulf & Indian Hotel Investors’ Summit 2016 (GIOHIS 2016), a hospitality event which took place in Abu Dhabi on February 8 - 9.
Faz, who was a guest of event host, global hotel property investor association HOFTEL, joined a panel of industry professionals to discuss successful hotel model strategies for mixed-use developments that include residential, retail, resort and theme park components.
Fellow panelists included Rutger Smits, COO, Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Bruce Bromley, Chief Financial Officer, Soneva Resorts.
GIOHIS 2016 is a two-day conference dedicated to hotel real estate investors, developers and franchisees and will feature more than 70 senior-level speakers from the Gulf.
“It’s an honour to be invited to speak alongside some of the hotel industry’s leading authorities at GIOHIS 2016,” said Faz.
“The event provides a platform to explore opportunities in emerging and unexplored markets and to network with like-minded peers in the hospitality and real estate sectors.”
